We know how busy you are—so we’ll bring your pet supplies to you!  Call or email us your order and we’ll deliver it to your door.  It’s that easy.  We will deliver anywhere within the Huntsville city limits.

Is there a charge for delivery service?
We deliver for free to 35801, 35802 & 35811 south of Hwy 72

There is a $5 delivery fee for the following zip codes:  35803, 35805, 35806, 35810, 35816

There is a $10 delivery fee for the following zip codes: 35811 north of Hwy 72, 35824, 35763

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $40

How do I order?
To order, either email us at (infopetsupply@yahoo.com) or call us at 256.489.3707 during normal business hours.  Please check our website for available items or call the store.  We have listed many of our most common items under “Food” and “Gear”.  We have many other items we can deliver.  Please call the shop during normal business hours if you have any questions.

When are items delivered?
Items will be delivered on Wednesdays.  To ensure that your items are available, it is best to place your order by Monday at 11am.  Orders are accepted through Wednesday at noon, however, some items may not be available for late orders.  You do not have to be home for items to be delivered.  If you have special instructions for where items should be left, please inform the shop via email or a phone call.  If you need delivery on another day, please call the shop to talk about rush delivery options.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by check or credit card.  Staff from the shop will call or email you with your total charges.  If you are not home when the items are delivered, please tape a check to the door or leave it under the front mat.  If you are not home but would like to pay by credit card, you can keep that information on file at the shop.  Please call the store to set this up.  Items cannot be left without payment.  Please remember that all sales will be charged 8% sales tax.  There is no tax on the delivery fee.

Can I set up a recurring order?
Yes!  Just let our staff know how often you would like your items delivered and we will keep you on a set schedule. 

Do you do special order items?
We sure do.  Please contact our staff and we will help you find that needed item.

If you are a current client of Goin’ to the Dogs & Cats Mobile Pet Grooming we will be happy to deliver items to you during your normal grooming appointment.  There is no minimum order and no delivery charge for these clients as long as the items are to be delivered during the normal grooming appointment time.  We’re sorry, but the mobile pet grooming is not accepting new clients at this time.
